Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen has had her music featured in television and films including How to Be single Going to the Limit and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. she is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. She studied dance in the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. In the age of three years old, she acted professionally in a Shake and Bake commercial on national television in 1997. Momsen's acting career came and went with abruptly end during a span that lasted three years. Momsen was then offered the part of the principal role in the film Misconceptions which airs on WB. Momsen starred also in Saving Shiloh 2006 during this period. She was also among the top three contenders for Hannah Montana's main part. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the part.
