Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she trains athletes. Annie has the distinction of being only one female who has ever won the CrossFit Games two times. In both the year 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is a weightlifter CrossFit and media celebrity. She is popular for being the first woman to win the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. The other accomplishments she has achieved includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was brought up with her family in Reykjavik Iceland. In her early years she was a huge enthusiast of fitness and sports. She was a participant in numerous school events and earned several medals. She first competed in CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well during her first competitions. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 years older (as in 2021). She's 5'7 tall and weighs in the neighborhood of 67 kg. Annie was the first to start CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. She was able to perform quite well through the first couple of matches. She finished amongst the top 10 out of more than 70. The team was unable to claim any titles but ended up in 11th place in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished second place, and also won the silver medal same year. After one year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie has an outstanding 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to have won both CrossFit Games. In 2014, she won a gold medal. And in 2021, she won with a bronze. Annie works as a trainer and coach at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was the idea of her. With rising fame as an athlete, Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae among many other. In addition to this she owns a self-titled Youtube channel with a few thousand followers where her workout video clips, diet and travel vlogs are uploaded.
